摘要
在挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的催化燃烧反应中,由于贵金属催化剂存在易挥发、烧结、中毒和稀缺等缺点,限制了其进一步商业应用;而非贵金属钴催化剂因其具有较高的催化活性和低成本而展现出良好的应用前景。介绍了钴基催化剂的结构、晶粒尺寸、形貌与晶面效应,并总结了钴基催化剂的制备方法和Co3O4的助剂、载体效应,概述了催化燃烧VOCs的反应机制,最后指出了现阶段钴基催化剂存在的问题及今后的研究方向。
Abstract
As precious metal catalysts are applied in the catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds (VOCs),they are easy to be volatile,sintering and poisoned,together with their scarcity,which limit their commercial application.Non noble metal cobalt catalyst has a good application prospect because of its high catalytic activity and low cost.This paper introduces the structure,crystal size,morphology and crystal plane effect of cobalt-based catalysts,and reviews the preparation methods of cobalt-based catalysts and the effects of additives and supports for Co3O4.The reaction mechanism for catalytic combustion of VOCs are also discussed.Finally,the existing problems and future research directions for cobalt-based catalyst are explored.
