摘要

氢气的运输成本约占加氢站最终氢气成本的30%~40%。氢气的经济运输是制约氢能产业发展的瓶颈性问题。利用已有相对完善的天然气管道设施,掺入一定比例的氢气进行传输,已成为欧美各国的研究热点,为传统油气行业参与氢能产业、获得效益增长点提供了宝贵机遇。我国在此领域的研究较少,缺少相应的标准规范。综合分析了目前全球这一研究领域的最新研究情况,分别分析了掺氢后对管道材料、压缩机和管件等的影响,对居民、燃气轮机和内燃机等下游用户的影响,对管道泄露与运行安全的影响等;并对目前国内外对掺氢比例的要求进行了梳理总结;对我国发展天然气掺氢提出了若干建议。

Abstract

The transportation cost of hydrogen accounts for about 30%-40% of the final hydrogen cost at hydrogenation refueling station,therefore the economy of hydrogen transportation is a bottleneck restricting the development of hydrogen energy industry.Natural gas pipeline and grid facilities that are available and relative completed are utilized to transport hydrogen through blending into natural gas,which has become a research hotspot in Europe and the United States,providing a precious opportunity for the traditional oil and gas companies to participate in the hydrogen energy industry and gain a new benefit growth point.China has studied a few in this way,lets alone relevant standards and regulations.This paper reviews comprehensively worldwide latest research situation in this field,analyzes possible influences of hydrogen on pipeline materials,compressors and pipe fittings,on downstream users such as residents,gas turbines and internal combustion engines,and on pipeline leakage and operation safety.Global existing requirements for hydrogen blending ratio are summarized.Finally some suggestions are given for the development of hydrogen into natural gas grid in China.
