摘要
建立了氧弹燃烧-离子色谱法测定生物质固体燃料中总硫含量的方法。以碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和双氧水为吸收液,试样在氧弹中燃烧后硫化物转化成硫酸根离子的形式,以离子色谱分离分析,测定生物质固体燃料中的总硫含量。在优化的色谱条件下,硫酸根离子色谱检出限为2.4 mg/kg,在1.0~100.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,精密度和重复性的相对标准偏差均小于5%,回收率在95.56%~99.89%,RSD为1.33%,符合分析方法要求。该方法与艾士卡法测定结果无显著性差异。方法简便快速,重现性好,可用于测定生物质固体燃料中的总硫含量。
Abstract
An analytical method using oxygen bomb combustion-ion chromatography for the determination of sulfur in solid biomass fuels is established.With sodium carbonate,sodium bicarbonate and hydrogen peroxide as absorption solution,the sulfides in sample is converted into sulfate ion after combustion in the oxygen bomb,and total sulfur content in the solid biomass fuels is well isolated and determined by ion chromatography.The detection limit of sulfate ion is 2.4 mg·kg-1 and the calibration graph is linear within 1.0-100.0 mg·L-1.Precision and accuracy tests show that the relative standard deviation is less than 5%.The recovery rates are between 95.56% and 99.89%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.33%.The detection result by this method agrees with that by Eschka method.The method is simple,rapid,good repeatable and suitable for the determination of total sulfur content in solid biomass fuels.
