摘要

以二苯并噻吩(DBT)为煤中有机硫的模型化合物,在单因素实验、显著性因子筛选实验的基础上,采用响应面法优化了束红球菌对DBT脱硫的工艺条件。通过GC/MS和SO42-的检测实验测定和分析了液相产物的组成。结果表明,培养温度、pH和培养时间3个因素对束红球菌脱除DBT中有机硫的影响显著,最佳工艺条件是:培养温度为29.6℃、pH为6.0和培养时间为15 d,此时脱硫率达到88.59%;液相产物中主要是2-羟基联苯(2-HBP)和SO42-,说明束红球菌以4S途径将DBT中的有机硫转化为硫酸盐。

Abstract

Dibenzothiophene (DBT) is used as a model compound of organic sulfur in coal.On the basis of single factor experiment and significant factor screening experiment,the process conditions for desulfurization of DBT by Rhodococcus fascians are optimized by using response surface method.The compositions of liquid products are determined and analyzed by GC/MS and BaCl2 experiments.Results show that incubation temperature,pH value and incubation time have significant effects on the removal of organic sulfur from DBT by Rhodococcus fascians.The obtained optimum technological conditions for removing sulfur in DBT are as follows:incubation temperature is at 29.6℃,pH value is 6.0 and incubation lasts for 15 d.Under the optimal conditions,the desulfurization rate can reach 88.59%.The liquid products mainly contains 2-hydroxybiphenyl and sulfate ion,indicating that Rhodococcus fascians has converted organic sulfur in DBT into sulfate through 4S pathway.
