摘要

从催化裂化轻质循环油(LCO)组成性质出发,阐述了其作为原料制备高附加值产品苯、甲苯、二甲苯(BTX)的意义,结合组成物质反应特性,分析了LCO制备BTX催化反应过程与催化剂的关系。重点介绍了催化剂的活性金属和载体的相关研究。最后针对LCO制备BTX的催化剂研究指出了今后发展应主要关注的2个方向。

Abstract

Based on the composition and properties of light cycle oil (LCO) from catalytic cracking unit,the review describes the significance of using LCO as a raw material for the preparation of high value-added products such as benzene,toluene and xylene (BTX).Combined with the reaction characteristics of the components,the relationship between the catalyst and the catalytic reaction process for the preparation of BTX from LCO is analyzed.The related research on the active metals and carrier of the catalyst is mainly introduced.Finally,two directions are suggested for the future study on the catalysts for the preparation of BTX by LCO.
