摘要

工信部以绿色标准作为推动原材料领域绿色发展的抓手,我国绿色产品设计和评价工作正在逐步建立和规范。介绍了环氧丙烷的绿色产品设计和评价技术的基本方法,立足环氧丙烷产品的生命周期,初步建立了绿色产品评价体系框架;分析了对产品绿色设计中的关键技术指标,为制定化工产品的绿色设计评价技术规范、开展绿色评价提供了基本思路,也为环氧丙烷生产经营者绿色制造决策提供了科学的依据。

Abstract

"Made in China 2025" takes "all-round promotion of green manufacturing" as one of its important tasks.China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology regards ‘green’ standards as the starting point for promoting green development in the field of raw materials,and China's green product design and evaluation work is gradually being established and standardized.This article introduces the basic methods of green product design and evaluation technology for propylene oxide.Based on the life cycle of propylene oxide product,a preliminary green product evaluation system framework is established.The key technical indicators in the green design of products are analyzed.Basic ideas are provided for technical specifications of green design evaluation and green evaluation technology,which is also a scientific basis for green manufacturing decisions of propylene oxide producers and operators.
