摘要

采用离子交换法在HZSM-5分子筛上引入Zn物种,探究了Zn改性ZSM-5分子筛对油酸催化裂化反应特性以及对液体产物成分中芳香烃的影响。利用XRD、SEM和BET对分子筛的理化性质进行表征,结果表明,Zn物种的负载使得HZSM-5分子筛的比表面积、孔容和平均孔径均降低;Zn改性ZSM-5分子筛提高了芳香烃的产率;与HZSM-5分子筛相比,使用 0.5 mol/L Zn-ZSM-5分子筛时,在反应温度为475℃、质量空速为6.99 h-1和剂油比为0.3的条件下,油酸转化率为56.58%,液体产物酸值为5.5(KOH)mg/g,液体产物芳香烃类质量分数从71.16%提高至97.64%,并且对甲苯和1,3-二甲基苯的选择性分别达到45.19%和31.02%。

Abstract

Zn is let into HZSM-5 molecular sieve via ion exchange method.The catalytic properties of Zn modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve in catalytic cracking of oleic acid and its influence on liquid product composition are investigated.The physicochemical properties of the catalysts are characterized by XRD,SEM and BET.The results show that the loading of Zn species reduces the specific surface area,pore volume and average pore size of HZSM-5 molecular sieve.Zn modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve increases the yield of aromatic hydrocarbons.The conversion rate of oleic acid can achieve 56.58%,the acid value of liquid products can reach 5.5 (KOH) mg·g-1,the selectivity rates to toluene and 1,3-dimethyl benzene can reach 45.19% and 31.02%,respectively,and aromatic hydrocarbon content among liquid products can increases to 97.64% from the 71.16% over HZSM-5 molecular sieve when 0.5 mol·L-1 Zn-ZSM-5 molecular sieve is used as catalyst,reaction temperature is at 475℃,mass space velocity is 6.99 h-1 and the ratio of catalyst to oleic oil is 0.3.
