摘要
甲醇是基础有机化工原料和有效的能源替代品,研究甲醇技术具有重要意义。合成甲醇工艺种类繁多,各有各的优势和适用范围。我国的资源特点决定了煤制甲醇更为经济合理。在发展煤制甲醇工业中,应根据不同条件合理选择技术,才能更有效降低生产和投资成本,提高甲醇产品质量。对煤制甲醇的主要工段煤气化、CO变换、合成气净化和甲醇合成技术进行了综述,并进行了技术比对分析,期望对煤制甲醇的发展起到推动和促进作用。
Abstract
With the rapid development of industrial economy,China's consumption of energy and chemical products has been increased.Among them,methanol is one of the basic chemical raw materials and energy substitutes.Therefore,the development of methanol technology is of great significance.There are many kinds of process to synthesize methanol,each with its own advantages and applicable scope.Coal-to-methanol route is more economic and reasonable for China due to the nation's resource characteristics.In order to reduce the cost of production and investment,and improve the quality of methanol product,coal-to-methanol technology shall be selected according to different conditions.This review focuses on the main sections of coal-to-methanol process,such as coal gasification,CO shift,syngas purification and methanol synthesis,and performs technical comparison and analysis,which is expected to promote the development of coal-to-methanol.
