相比于陆上油气，海上油气生产往往受运输、安全、空间等更多因素的影响，能源消耗和温室气体排放都有其自身特点。在全球低碳化转型的大趋势下，如何做好海上油气田的绿色低碳开发，挑战巨大。立足于海上油气生产特点及温室气体排放的特点，结合海上油气先进技术的开发应用方向，探讨全球低碳视角下海上油气开发的发展路径和趋势，为油气行业的可持续发展提供建议。

Compared to onshore oil and gas production,offshore oil and gas production has its own characteristics in energy consumption and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions,which are influenced by transportation,safety,space and other factors.The development pathway of China's offshore oil and gas fields are discussed from global low-carbon perspective,basing on GHG emissions characteristics in the process of offshore oil and gas production,and the development and application directions of advanced technologies in offshore oil and gas production.This paper aims to provide green and low-carbon development ideas of offshore oil and gas fields from the source and gives advices for the oil and gas industry to achieve sustainable development.
