摘要

国内低碳烯烃产业发展受资源、技术发展及环境状况等因素影响,合成气制低碳烯烃已经成为非石油路线制备烯烃的新途径。阐述了间接法和直接法制低碳烯烃2种工艺的特点,其中直接法具有流程短、效率高、能耗低等优点,成为合成气制低碳烯烃研究热点。展望了今后合成气制低碳烯烃的研究方向,指出合成气制低碳烯烃今后的研究重点为提高催化剂的可靠性、降低催化剂成本。

Abstract

China's development of light olefins is affected by factors such as domestic resources,technological development and environmental conditions.The route to produce light olefins from syngas has become a new one among non-petroleum routes.Features of two syngas-to-light olefins routes (indirect and direct) are introduced.Among them,the direct route has some advantages such as short flow,high efficiency and low energy consumption,which attracts more and more attention.The future research direction in syngas-to-light olefins is prospected.It is pointed out that future research highlight shall be placed on improving catalyst reliability and reducing catalyst cost for syngas-to-light olefins routes.
