摘要
介绍了以C3为原料制丙烯酸甲酯的工艺路线,重点对醋酸甲酯和甲醛羟醛缩合合成丙烯酸甲酯的催化剂研究进展进行综述,认为此工艺有望替代石油路线成为下一个产业化模式;结合工业生产现状和气固相催化反应产率,对这种合成路线催化剂的下一步开发进行了展望。
Abstract
The process routes using C3 fractions to synthesize methyl acrylate are introduced,with focus on the research advances in catalysts for the synthesis of methyl acrylate through aldol condensation between methyl acetate and formaldehyde.Moreover,it is pointed out that this process is expected to become the next generation mode for industrial production of methyl acrylate instead of present petroleum routes.Based on the present industrial production situation and the yield of gas-solid catalytic reaction,the future development of the catalyst for this route is prospected.
