摘要
综述了近年来各种糖类资源转化制备5-羟甲基糠醛的研究进展，并分别探讨了转化过程中的重要因素，即催化剂和溶剂体系。最后，依据目前糖类制备5-羟甲基糠醛的不足之处提出了一些建议和展望。
Abstract
This paper reviews the research progress in the conversion of various carbohydrate resources to 5-hydroxymethyl furfural in recent years,and discusses the important factors in the conversion process,such as catalyst and solvent system.Finally,according to the shortcomings and problems for carbohydrate to 5-hydroxymethyl furfural,some suggestions and prospects are put forward for references.
