摘要

石墨烯在众多领域具有非常广阔的潜在应用前景,被认为是颠覆未来的新材料。分析该领域技术间差异情况、识别关键技术并探索其创新路径,在产业的培育和发展过程中至关重要。基于关键路径分析方法,以incoPat专利数据库中石墨烯领域的美国专利数据为样本,重点识别了该领域的关键技术,揭示了在其发展过程中的创新路径。

Abstract

Graphene has a very broad potential application prospect in many fields and is considered as a new material to subvert the future.Therefore,it is very important in the process of industry cultivation and development to analyze the differences between different technologies in this field,identify key technologies and explore their innovation diffusion paths.Based on the k-route path analysis method,taking the U.S.patent data concerning about graphene field in incoPat patent database as samples,this paper identifies the key technologies in this field,and reveals the path of innovation diffusion in their development process.
