摘要

对国内聚氯乙烯塑料管道行业的发展概况进行了概述，重点阐述和讨论了聚氯乙烯塑料管道行业发展过程中存在的共性技术难题，这些难题的凝练提出对明确行业技术发展方向、促进行业产业技术升级改造、加强人类环境保护、保障人类生命财产安全具有重要的意义。

Abstract

The development situation of Chinese PVC pipeline industry is summarized,with focus on common technical issues existing in the development process of PVC pipeline industry,which is of great significant for defining technical development direction of the industry,promoting innovation of industrial technology,and ensuring the safety of human life and property.
