煤基甲醇制烯烃工艺技术发展现状

Development situation of process technologies for coal-based methanol olefins

摘要

煤基甲醇制烯烃技术是现代煤化工与石油化工连接的纽带,可使我国的低碳烯烃生产不再受石油资源的制约,因此,煤基甲醇制烯烃技术在我国得到了快速发展和应用。对甲醇制烯烃(MTO)和甲醇制丙烯(MTP)技术进行了分析,重点综述了美国UOP/Hydro MTO、大连化物所DMTO、上海化工研究院SMTO和神华SHMTO 4种甲醇制烯烃技术以及Lurgi MTP和清华大学FMTP两种甲醇制丙烯技术的特点,并介绍了MTO和MTP技术在国内的应用发展情况;最后展望了甲醇制烯烃的发展前景。

Abstract

Coal-based methanol to olefin technology is a "bridge" between the modern coal chemical industry and the petrochemical industry,supplying China's low-carbon olefins production with an opportunity to cut down relying on petroleum resource that is extremely deficit in China.Therefore,coal-based methanol to olefins route,as an alternative for petroleum-based olefins routes,has been developed and promoted rapidly in China.This paper analyzes methanol to olefin (MTO) technology and methanol to propylene (MTP) technology.The characteristics of four methanol-to-olefins technologyies including UOP/Hydro's MTO,ACS Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics' DMTO,Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry's SMTO and Shenhua's SHMTO,and two methanol-to-propylene technologies including Lurgi's MTP and Tsinghua University's FMTP are reviewed.Applications and development of MTO and MTP technologies in China are introduced.Finally,the development prospect of methanol to olefins is expected.
