摘要

基于我国发展煤制烯烃项目的重要性,对比分析了煤经乙醇制烯烃和煤经甲醇制烯烃两种路线的竞争力,在相同规模产品、类似装置、采用相同技术的基准情况下,对两种路线的工艺技术选择、原材料及燃料动力消耗情况、投资及技术经济进行了比较,阐述了两种路线各自的特点及优劣。结果表明,在70万t/a烯烃产能的条件下,煤通过乙醇生成烯烃的路线在经济效益上优于煤通过甲醇生成烯烃的路线。分析认为发展煤经乙醇制烯烃路线是可行的,且煤经乙醇制烯烃路线可产出具有较高利用价值的无水乙醇和乙酸甲酯等中间产品,该路线具有更强的市场竞争力,前景更为广阔。

Abstract

Based on the importance for China to develop coal-to-olefins,the competitiveness of coal-to-olefin via methanol route and coal-to-olefin via ethanol route are compared and analyzed from aspects of process scheme,investment and technical economics.The process technological selection,raw materials and utilities consumption of the two routes are discussed in the benchmark case of same scale,same products scheme,similar facilities and same technology,and their characteristics,advantages and disadvantages are also described.Results show that under an olefins production capacity of 700 000 t/a olefin,the ethanol route is superior to the methanol route in the aspect of technical economy.Analysis shows that it is feasible to develop the route from coal to ethanol to olefins,which can also produce other valuable intermediate products such as anhydrous ethanol and methyl acetate.It is suggested that the coal to ethanol to olefins route exhibits a stronger market competitiveness and a better prospect.
