摘要
采用"负压蒸发-吹脱"组合新技术处理垃圾沥滤液,通过优化实验运行参数,研究不同条件下垃圾沥滤液氨氮的脱除效率。结果表明,当负压蒸发温度为67℃、真空度为-0.08 MPa、吹脱气液比为1 000∶1、吹脱温度为67℃时,经负压蒸发后,沥滤液出水氨氮质量浓度由2 621.6 mg/L降至500 mg/L左右;进一步吹脱处理后,最终出水氨氮质量浓度在150 mg/L以下,氨氮总脱除效率可达96%以上。
Abstract
A new "negative pressure evaporation-stripping" combining technique is used to treat with leachate from waste incineration power plant.The experimental parameters are optimized and the removal efficiency of ammoniacal nitrogen is investigated under different conditions.The optimized operation conditions are as follows:the temperature is at 67℃ and vacuum pressure is -0.08 MPa for the negative pressure evaporation,the gas-liquid ratio for air stripping is 1 000∶1,and the stripping temperature is at 67℃.The concentration of ammoniacal nitrogen in leachate decreases from 2 621.6 mg·L-1 to about 500 mg·L-1 after experiencing negative pressure evaporation,and drops again to less than 150 mg·L-1 after stripping treatment.Total removal efficiency of ammoniacal nitrogen exceeds 96%.
