摘要

以甲基丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酰胺、苯乙烯和改性纳米二氧化硅为反应单体,甲苯为溶剂,合成一种油溶性的原油降黏剂(VR)和纳米复合降黏剂(NVR),并通过红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和扫描电镜对其结构和形貌进行表征。通过对流体黏度-温度、黏度-剪切速率以及剪切应力-剪切速率的研究,考察了2种降黏剂在克拉玛依原油中的降黏效果。结果表明,纳米粒子的引入使得生成的NVR表面形成一层微纳米粒子层,加入到克拉玛依原油后,不仅使流体对剪切速率和温度的变化更为敏感,而且有效地提高了温度对流体流变行为转变速度的影响。

Abstract

An oil-soluble viscosity reducer (VR) for crude oil and a nano-composite viscosity reducer (NVR) both are synthesized from octadecyl methacrylate,acrylamide,styrene and modified nano-silica,with toluene as solvent.Their structure and morphology are characterized by IR,TG and SEM.The viscosity reduction effects of two VRs in Karamay crude oil are investigated by studying the fluid viscosity-temperature,viscosity-shear rate and shear force-shear rate.The results show that the addition of nanoparticles makes a micro-nanoparticle layer form on the surface of NVR.When these two VRs are respectively added into the Karamay crude oil,they not only make the fluid more sensitive to changes in shear rate and temperature,but also improve effectively the effect of temperature on the transformation speed of fluid rheological behavior.
