摘要

为脱除天然气中的单质汞,采用球状氧化铝负载氧化铜制备一系列负载型氧化铜脱汞剂,以动态脱汞装置考察了浸渍时间、活化时间、浸渍比等操作参数对其脱汞性能的影响,并结合XRD及XPS等测试对脱汞剂进行分析和表征。结果表明,载体上存在氧化铜且分散性较好,浸渍液和载体的最佳浸渍时间为6 h、最佳浸渍比为40 mL∶20 g、最佳活化时间2 h,在该工艺条件下制备的CuO/Al2O3脱汞剂具有较好的脱汞性能,汞穿透吸附量达到17.904 μg/g;脱汞剂的脱汞性能随浸渍时间的增加先增大后减小,随浸渍比的增大呈现较小波动。

Abstract

In order to remove elemental mercury from natural gas,a series of mercury adsorbents are prepared by loading cupric oxide on spherical alumina.The influences of impregnation time,activation time and impregnation ratio on the absorbents' performances in removing mercury from natural gas are researched in a dynamic mercury adsorption apparatus.In addition,the mercury adsorbents are analyzed and characterized by means of XRD and XPS analyzer.The experimental results show that cupric oxide has been well loaded onto the alumina carrier.The optimal impregnation time for the impregnation solution and the carrier is 6 h,the optimal impregnation ratio is 40 mL∶20 g,and the optimal activation time is 2 h.The CuO/Al2O3 adsorbent prepared under these optimal conditions has a better performance of mercury removal,with a mercury breakthrough adsorption capacity of 17.904 μg·g-1.The mercury removal performance of the adsorbents increases firstly and decreases then with the prolonging impregnation time and activation time,and fluctuates slightly with the increase of the impregnation ratio.
