摘要

简要概述了聚乙烯(PE)管道发展历程。介绍了管道用聚乙烯的国内外标准要求;针对目前市场上存在的5种不同等级PE100树脂(包括低熔垂PE100、高抗应力开裂PE100、耐高温PE100、耐消毒剂PE100和PE112),从耐温性、抗坍落度、耐氯消毒性、最小要求强度、耐慢速裂纹增长和抗快速裂纹扩展等6个维度分析比较了它们的性能特点。提出了下一代PE管材树脂发展建议。

Abstract

The development history of polyethylene (PE) pipeline is briefly summarized.Global standard requirements for polyethylene resin for pipeline are introduced.Five grades of PE100 resins in the current market are introduced,including PE100 with low melting slump,PE100 with high stress crack resistance,PE100 with resistance to high temperature,PE100 with resistance to disinfectants and PE112.Their properties are compared from six aspects:temperature resistance,slump resistance,chlorine disinfection resistance,minimum required strength,resistances to slow crack growth and rapid crack growth.Suggestions for the development of next generation PE resin for pipelines are put forward.
