摘要
优化工艺参数、降低能耗对于三甘醇脱水工艺是十分重要的。用HYSYS软件模拟三甘醇脱水流程,采用二次回归正交试验设计方法,以能耗为试验指标,贫甘醇循环量、富液进塔温度、重沸器温度为试验因素建立回归方程。结果表明,回归方程拟合较好,并保证在水露点符合要求的情况下,重沸器能耗降低30%,循环泵能耗降低7%。
Abstract
Optimizing process parameters and reducing energy consumption are very important for the triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration process.HYSYS software is used to simulate the dehydration process of TEG.The quadratic regression orthogonal test design method is used to establish a regression equation with energy consumption as test index,and with the circulation quantity of lean glycol,the temperature of rich liquid entering the tower and the temperature of reboiler as the test factors.Simulation results show that the regression equation fits well and ensures that the energy consumption of the reboiler is reduced by 30% and the energy consumption of the circulating pump is reduced by 7% when the water dew point is reached.
