摘要

采用共沉淀法制备添加La助剂的NiMgAl水滑石催化剂,并用于甲烷干气重整反应。通过XRD、BET、TG、H2-TPR和CO2-TPD等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,La的加入增加了催化剂碱性位点的总量,降低了催化剂的还原温度。La2O3吸附活化CO2形成La2O2CO3可抑制积碳的形成,提高了催化剂的抗积碳性能。当La质量分数为1.0%时,催化剂的催化活性最高,对比NiMgAl催化剂,在反应100 h后,该催化剂仍保持着很高的活性。

Abstract

La-promoted NiMgAl mixed-oxide catalysts derived from hydrotalcite are synthesized by coprecipitation method and are used in carbon dioxide reforming of methane.XRD,BET,TG,H2-TPR and CO2-TPD are used to characterize the catalysts.It is proved that the addition of lanthanum into NiMgAl mixed-oxide catalysts can reduce the reduction temperature of the catalysts.Lanthanum improves evidently the catalysts' resistance to carbon deposition by increasing the basicity of the catalyst,forming the La2O2CO3 phase and improving nickel metal dispersion.The catalyst's catalytic activity achieves the optimal value when the content of lanthanum in the catalyst is 1.0 wt%.Therefore,compared with NiMgAl catalyst,La-NiMgAl maintains higher reaction activity after serving the reaction for 100 h.
