摘要

为清洁高效回收利用废旧润滑油,以碳化硅泡沫材料和碳粉为复合吸波剂,通过微波诱导热解的方式将废旧润滑油热裂解成化工原料及燃料,并分析了单位样品量微波功率及微波裂解终温对裂解产物收率及化学组成的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,适当地提高单位样品量微波功率有利于裂解产物收率的提高,同时能够使产物中烷、烯烃所占比例达到最大。更高的微波裂解终温虽能提高收率,但为了抑制物理蒸发过程同时促进裂解反应的进行,裂解终温不宜过高。

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the feasibility of recycling waste lubricant oil for production of chemical raw materials and fuel oil.Powdered carbon and SiC foam ceramic sheets are used as microwave absorbents,waste lubricant oil is cracked into chemical raw materials and fuel oil through microwave induced pyrolysis method.The influences of microwave pyrolysis process parameters such as microwave power per unit mass sample and pyrolysis final temperature on the yield and compositions of the pyrolysis products are investigated.The results show that an appropriate improve of microwave power per unit mass sample within a certain range can increase the yield rate of pyrolysis products,and maximize the ratio of alkanes and olefins among pyrolysis products.Although higher final temperature of microwave pyrolysis can improve the pyrolysis yield rate further,it is not conducive to inhibiting the physical evaporation process and promoting the pyrolysis reaction.
