摘要
介绍了国内外乙烯裂解过程中屏障涂层和催化涂层的技术进展及其应用。屏障涂层作为一道惰性阻隔层,能够阻隔物料与炉管内表面的铁、镍元素接触,避免催化结焦和炉管渗碳。催化涂层除了能抑制催化结焦外,还能自动去除沉积在炉管内壁的焦炭,是一种双功能涂层。目前国内外针对屏障涂层技术的研究较为广泛;因催化涂层的应用能够实现无清焦操作,近年来逐渐引起业内关注。催化涂层实现工业应用的难点在于如何降低碳氧化物的生成量,使其控制在可接受范围。
Abstract
The development and application of the barrier coating and catalytic coating technologies in ethylene cracking process worldwide are summarized.As an inert barrier layer,the barrier coating can prevent the materials from contacting iron and nickel elements on the inner surface of the furnace tube,to avoid catalytic coking and furnace tube carburizing.Further than the barrier coating,the catalytic coating is a bi-functional coating,which can inhibit catalytic coke and remove automatically the coke deposited on the inner wall of the furnace tube.At present,the research on the barrier coating technology is quite extensive in the globe.Catalytic coating technology has gradually attracted the attention of the insiders in recent years because it can cancel the decoking operation.The difficulty of industrial application of catalytic coating lies in how the production of carbon oxides is reduced and kept within an acceptable range.
