摘要
综述了石墨烯/氮化硼面内异质结和范德华异质结的制备方法及优缺点,概括了石墨烯/氮化硼异质结在场效应晶体管、电化学催化以及热电器件领域的应用,预测了其在光电子和运算存储器件方向的广阔应用前景。
Abstract
The preparation methods for both graphene/boron nitride in-plane heterojunction and Van der Waals heterojunction,and their advantages and disadvantages are reviewed.The applications of graphene/boron nitride heterojunction in field effect transistors,electro-catalysis,and thermoelectric devices are summarized,and the applications in optoelectronics and computing memory devices are also predicted.
