摘要
由于我国化工园区发展迅猛，十分需要借鉴国外同行的先进经验。对近期国外化工园区发展文献进行比较全面的分析，对世界化工园区的建设历史沿革做了概括性的综述，着重介绍了最近生态工业园（Ecological Industrial Park，EIP）的发展。在此基础上归纳了当前化工园区发展的一些新理念，并有针对性的提出一些对我们的启示。
Abstract
China's chemical parks have developed rapidly,so it is urgent to learn advanced experiences from foreign chemical parks.This paper performs overall analysis on literatures about the development of chemical parks in other countries in recent years and summarizes the construction history of world chemical parks with focus on the development situation of ecological industrial parks.On this basis,some new ideas relating to the development of chemical parks are summarized,and some enlightenments for China are put forward.
