摘要

针对氟化工企业四氟乙烯生产装置排放的含氟尾气,采用膜分离技术对排放尾气中的四氟乙烯进行深度回收,从而达到节能增效的目的。以某化工厂四氟乙烯生产装置的尾气为设计基础,应用Unisim Design模拟软件进行模拟设计与优化。案例研究表明,在四氟乙烯尾气中四氟乙烯摩尔分数仅为12%左右的条件下,膜分离回收四氟乙烯的回收率仍能达到80%以上,且能保证富四氟乙烯回收气的氧摩尔分数低于30×10-6,具有很好的经济和环保收益。

Abstract

The fluorine-containing emission gas discharged from the tetrafluoroethylene production unit of the fluorine chemical enterprises is often recovered by solvent absorption method,which will leave a small amount of fluorine-containing emission gas that needs to be treated via combustion.In order to solve this problem,a membrane separation technology is used to recover tetrafluoroethylene in the exhaust gas to achieve energy saving and efficiency improvement.Taking the exhaust gas of tetrafluoroethylene production unit in a certain chemical plant as design base,Unisim Design simulation software is used for simulation design and optimization.It is shown that the content of tetrafluoroethylene recovered by membrane separation method can still exceed 80 mol% as the content of tetrafluoroethylene in the exhaust gas is only about 12 mol%,and the content of oxygen in the recovered tetrafluoroethylene can be ensured to be lower than 30×10-6.This method exhibits good economic and environmental benefits.
