摘要

针对渤海Q油田原油黏度大、采出程度低的问题,对稠油掺稀油技术在渤海Q油田可行性进行了研究。分析了稠油稀油的基本性质,考察了稠油掺稀比例、含水率、温度、剪切速率对掺稀降黏的影响。综合考虑稀油成本等因素,选择适当的掺油方式和比例,以探索利用稀油降低稠油黏度、提高采收率的可行性。结果显示,随着温度升高,掺稀降黏体系的黏度降低;含水率增高,体系黏度增加。确定稠油掺稀比例为8∶2,同时发现在油田开发初期含水较低情况及稀油低速注入条件下有较好采出效果。Q油田进行稠油掺稀油开采,高部位稠油和深部位稀油储量比接近8∶2,与实验结论8∶2的掺油比接近,故从储量潜力角度评价,该技术在Q油田初期低含水开发阶段具有应用前景。

Abstract

There exist problems in Bohai Q oilfield,such as higher crude oil viscosity and lower recovery rate.The feasibility to employ the blending lean oil into heavy oil technology in Q oilfield is studied.Firstly,the basic properties of heavy oil and lean oil from Q oilfield are determined.Then the viscosity reduction experiments by the blending proportion,moisture content,temperature and shear rate are carried out.By taking into account the cost of lean oil and the efficiency of viscosity reduction,the appropriate blending manner and proportion is selected to explore the feasibility of using lean oil to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil and enhancing oil recovery.The results show that the viscosity of heavy oil system blended with lean oil decreases with the increasing temperature or moisture content.The appropriate proportion of heavy oil to lean oil is determined as 8:2.Low injection rate of lean oil can enhance oil recovery in the early stages of oilfield development when the moisture content in oil remains low.Actually,the proportion of heavy oil and lean oil in Q oilfield is exactly 8:2,which closes to experiment results.Therefore,judging from the perspective of potential reserves,the blending technology has application value in early development stage of Q oilfield.
