摘要
通过水处理和冶金学科的交叉,提出了一种利用离子交换膜组合工艺同步电解生产金属锰和二氧化锰并回收硫酸的节能环保新工艺,解决传统锰金属制备方面产品单一、资源能源浪费以及环境污染的问题。在实现金属锰及二氧化锰同步生产的同时,对酸进行回收再利用,提高产能并降低能源消耗。经试验验证,该工艺具有较大实际应用价值。
Abstract
Through the intersection of water treatment and metallurgy,a new energy-saving and environmental friendly process for simultaneous production of manganese and manganese dioxide via electrolysis by means of ion exchange membrane combination process as well as recovery of sulfuric acid is proposed to solve the problems in traditional manganese metal preparation method,such as single product,waste of resources and energy,and environmental pollution.When manganese and manganese dioxide are simultaneously produced,sulfuric acid is recycled to increase productivity and reduce energy consumption.It has been proved by experiments that this process has great practical application value.
