摘要
以吗啡啉为原料,设计合成了Lewis酸性离子液体[Mor-C4]Br-CuCl2/FeCl3,通过催化合成乙酸乙酯考察了该离子液体的催化活性。结果表明,当n(CH3COOH)∶n(C2H5OH)=0.55∶1、[Mor-C4]Br-CuCl2/FeCl3质量为醇质量的9.80%、反应温度为83℃、反应时间为4.26 h时,以环己烷为带水剂的收率可达96.58%。离子液体重复使用6次仍具有较高的催化活性。同时以[Mor-C4]Br-CuCl2/FeCl3为催化剂催化合成了系列乙酸酯,获得较高的酯收率。
Abstract
[Mor-C4]Br-CuCl2/FeCl3,a Lewis acid ionic liquid,is prepared with morpholino as raw materials,and its catalytic activity is evaluated through the esterification of acetic acid and ethanol.The reaction process is optimized by the response surface method.The results show that the yield of ethyl acetate reaches 96.58% when n(CH3COOH):n(C2H5OH)=0.55:1,the amount of Lewis acid ionic liquid is 9.80% of the mass of alcohol,the reaction temperature maintains at 83℃,the reaction lasts for 4.26 h,cyclohexane is used as water carrying agent.[Mor-C4]Br-CuCl2/FeCl3 remains a high catalytic activity after being reused for 6 times.A series of acetates are synthesized over[Mor-C4]Br-CuCl2/FeCl3 and high yields are obtained.
