摘要

在最不利工况下,华亭Novolen聚丙烯装置原设计高压氮气储量为164 kg,而用户需求量为321.76 kg,无法满足工艺需求。为解决该问题优化设计1台相同容积的缓冲罐与原缓冲罐串联使用,在最不利工况下,PP装置可容纳328 kg高压氮气,可满足下游用户的工艺需求,避免了因高压氮气量不足给企业带来的巨大经济损失。

Abstract

Under the most adverse working conditions,the originally designed storage amount of high-pressure nitrogen is as low as 164 kg in Novolen polypropylene plant of Huating,which cannot meet user's 321.76 kg demand.In order to solve this problem,an additional buffer tank with the same volume as the original one is designed to be used in series with the original buffer tank,which can allow the polypropylene plant to hold 328 kg of high-pressure nitrogen under the most adverse conditions,meeting the process requirements of users and avoiding economic loss caused by insufficient high-pressure nitrogen.
