摘要
以Bi (NO3)3·5H2O和KBr为原料,采用一步溶剂热法制备一系列不同石墨烯质量分数的BiOBr/Graphene复合物。利用XRD、SEM、BET和UV-Vis对合成的BiOBr/Graphene进行表征,结果表明合成产品为三维花球状的BiOBr/Graphene。以罗丹明B (RhB)为光催化降解底物、负载石墨烯质量分数为0.75%、合成温度为160℃、合成时间为12 h、乙二醇(EG)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂时,30 min最大降解率达到96.36%。
Abstract
A series of 3D flower-like BiOBr/graphene composites with different graphene contents are synthesized via a simple one-step solvothermal method with Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and KBr as raw materials.Through characterization by XRD,SEM,BET and UV-Vis,the as-synthesized product is verified to be 3D flower-like microspheres consisting of BiOBr/graphene.The maximum degradation rate of Rhodamine B can reach 96.36% in 30 min when the BiOBr/graphene composite that is synthesized with 0.75% of graphene160℃ for 12 h is used as photocatalyst,and a mixture between ethylene glycol and N,N dimethylformamide is used as solvent.
