概述了制糖行业生产工艺和区域分布现状；介绍了制糖行业废水污染物排放现状，并对现状进行分析。结果表明，制糖行业除总磷外的各项水污染物排放浓度均远低于现行《制糖工业水污染物排放标准》（GB 21909—2008）的限值。针对制糖行业，建议加强国家和地方管控；对于其他农副食品加工业，可借鉴制糖工业的环境管理经验。

China's sugar production processes and regional distribution of sugar manufacturers are summarized.Present situation of discharge of wastewater pollutants from the sugar-making industry is introduced and analyzed.The results show that except total phosphorus,the emission concentrations of other wastewater pollutants from the sugar-making industry are far lower than the limit values in China's currently promulgated discharge standard of water pollutants for sugar-making industry (GB 21909-2008).For China's sugar-making industry,it is suggested that the management and control by the central and local governments shall be strengthened further,and other agro-food processing industries can learn from the environmental management experiences of the sugar industry.
