摘要
以六水合硝酸锌、氯化钙和乙酰丙酮为原料,在碱性条件下合成了乙酰丙酮钙/锌复合材料,并将其作为辅助热稳定剂应用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)中。通过XRD、FT-IR对产物进行了结构表征;通过烘箱热老化和刚果红测试考察了PVC制品的热稳定性能,并对其热稳定机理进行了探究。结果表明,在乙酰丙酮钙/乙酰丙酮锌摩尔比为15∶1下,表现出良好的协同作用,热稳定时间达到70 min,PVC试片至110 min完全变黑,效果明显优于单组分的乙酰丙酮钙或乙酰丙酮锌;另外,添加质量分数为1.2%的乙酰丙酮钙/锌,热稳定时间高达81 min,PVC试片至190 min完全变黑,并且要优于市面上常用的环氧大豆油和双季戊四醇辅助类热稳定剂。
Abstract
Calcium/zinc acetylacetonate composite is synthesized through reaction between zinc nitrate hexahydrate,calcium chloride and acetylacetone under alkaline condition,then it is used as an auxiliary thermal stabilizer in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) articles.The composite is characterized by XRD and FT-IR and the thermal stability of PVC articles with the composite is investigated by oven aging test and Congo red test.Furthermore,the mechanism of thermal stability is discussed.The results show that a good synergistic effect exists between calcium acetylacetonate and zinc acetylacetonate at a molar ratio of 15:1,the thermal stabilization time of PVC article reaches 70 min,and PVC test piece blackens completely after 110 min,which are significantly better than that added by calcium acetylacetonate or zinc acetylacetonate alone.In addition,the thermal stabilization time of PVC article can reach 81 min as the adding amount of calcium/zinc acetylacetonate is 1.2% on the basis of PVC,and PVC test piece blackens completely after 190 min.The composite is superior to the commonly used epoxy soybean oil and dipentaerythritol auxiliary thermal stabilizer.
