摘要
首先制备了复盐离子液体[BMIM]Zn2Br5,并将其与ZSM-5反应制备固载化离子液体催化剂ZSM-5-[BMIM]Zn2Br5。利用红外光谱仪和X-射线衍射仪对其化学结构和结晶结构进行表征,利用热重分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对其热性能和表观形貌进行测试。同时考察了ZSM-5-[BMIM]Zn2Br5固定床连续催化环氧丙烷与二氧化碳合成碳酸丙烯酯的反应性能。结果表明,ZSM-5固载复盐离子液体催化剂实现了相态转变且热稳定性较好,在压力为3.0 MPa、温度为130℃、空速为0.25 h-1的反应条件下,反应10 h原料转化率最高可达88.3%,产物选择性为97.1%,并且连续使用60 h后仍保持良好的催化性能。
Abstract
Firstly,[BMIM]Zn2Br5,a complex salt ionic liquid,is prepared.Then it is reacted with ZSM-5 to prepare the immobilized ionic liquid catalyst ZSM-5-[BMIM]Zn2Br5.The chemical structure and crystalline structure of the catalyst are characterized by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.Its thermal properties and apparent morphology are tested by thermogravimetry and scanning electron microscopy,respectively.Its catalytic properties in synthesis of propylene carbonate from epoxy propane and carbon dioxide in a fixed bed are studied.The results show that ZSM-5 immobilized composite ionic liquid catalyst realizes phase transition and exhibits a good thermal stability.The conversion of epoxy propane can reach 88.3% and the selectivity of products can achieve 97.1% over the catalyst after reaction has performed for 10 h under the conditions that pressure is 3.0 MPa,temperature 130℃ and liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV) 0.25 h-1.The catalyst can maintain good catalytic performance after continuous use for 60 h.
