摘要
采用原位合成法在γ-Al2O3表面合成了ZnAl/水滑石,煅烧后得到γ-Al@CHT (简称CHT)载体,通过浸渍法制备了Ce-Cu/CHT催化剂。利用XRD、SEM、N2吸脱附、H2-TPR、XPS等手段对催化剂进行了表征,考察了Ce掺杂量对2-(1-环己烯基)环己酮(CHCH)脱氢制备邻苯基苯酚(OPP)反应性能的影响,并分析了催化反应机制。结果表明,当Ce掺杂量从0增大到4%时,反应6 h后OPP选择性由40%提高到75%,其稳定性大幅度提高。适量Ce掺杂改善了Cu物种的分散度,抑制了Cu在反应过程中的团聚,提高了催化剂的稳定性。
Abstract
ZnAl/LDHs hydrotalcite is synthesized on the surface of γ-Al2O3 by in-situ synthesis method,and is then calcined into CHT supporter.Ce-Cu/CHT catalyst is prepared via impregnation method,and characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption and desorption,H2-TPR and XPS.The influences of Ce doping amount on dehydrogenation of 2-(1-cyclohexenyl)cyclohexanone (CHCH) to o-phenylphenol (OPP) over the catalyst is studied and the mechanism of the catalytic reaction is analyzed.The results show that the selectivity of OPP increases from 40% to 75% after 6 hours of reaction when Ce doping amount increases from 0 to 4%,and the catalyst's stability is greatly improved.The proper amount of Ce doping can improve the dispersion of Cu species,inhibit the agglomeration of Cu during the reaction,and improve the stability of the catalyst.
