China's ethylene capacity has soared in recent years,bringing about a large amount of cracking-sourced C₅ fractions.Startups of several C₅ separation facilities extend the production chain and further increase the added value of C₅ resources.It is predicted conservatively that about 1.04 million tons of cracking-sourced C₅ fractions will be additional in China by 2021,which will change the utilization pathway of cracking-sourced C₅ fractions.The current situation and future development trend of China's cracking-sourced C₅ fractions production chain are expounded.
