摘要

针对N,N-二乙基橙花基胺合成工艺进行改进,考察了反应溶剂、体系温度、投料顺序、反应物分批投料的摩尔比、金属催化剂等对合成橙花基胺的影响。确定出反应的最佳工艺条件为:以甲苯为溶剂,原料异戊二烯与二乙胺的摩尔比为1∶25,碱金属锂为反应体系催化剂,体系温度为70℃,反应时间为21 h。通过常压蒸馏回收原料后,减压蒸馏得到橙花胺,反应收率为86.7%(以异戊二烯计算)。

Abstract

This paper concerns improvements of the N,N-diethyl nerolamine synthesis process.The effects of reaction solvent,system temperature,material adding order,molar ratio of reactant batch feed and metal catalyst on the synthesis of nerolamine are investigated.The best process conditions determined through experiments are as follows:under a certain pressure,toluene is used as solvent,the molar ratio of isoprene to diethylamine is 1:25,alkali metal lithium is used as catalyst for reaction system,system temperature is set at 70℃,the reaction time is 21 h.After recovering the raw materials via atmospheric distillation,nerolamine is obtained by vacuum distillation and the reaction yield is 86.7% upon isoprene.
