摘要

以石墨粉(G)为原料,采用改进Hummers法制备氧化石墨(GO),通过热剥离及氢氧化钾(KOH)活化制备出性能优异的类石墨烯多孔材料(GPM)。利用低温氮吸附、高压吸附、X射线衍射分析和拉曼光谱分析等测试手段对材料进行结构性能表征。结果表明,该材料具有类石墨烯结构,比表面积达2 465.76 m2/g,孔容为1.53 cm3/g,平均孔径为3.05 nm。在20℃、3 MPa下对CO2、CH4和N2的饱和吸附容量分别达到33.13、11.45 mmol/g和7.80 mmol/g。对于CH4/N2、CH4/CO2、CO2/N2的分离性能有所差异,分离系数依次为2.86、1.93、5.54,显示其在碳捕集及甲烷存储等方面具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract

Graphite oxide (GO) is prepared from graphite powder (G) by modified Hummers method.Graphene-like porous material (GPM) with excellent properties is prepared from GO by thermal exfoliation and potassium hydroxide (KOH) activation.The structures and properties of GPM are characterized by means of low temperature nitrogen adsorption,high pressure adsorption,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectra.The results show that GPM has a graphene-like structure with a specific surface area of 2 465.76 m2·g-1,a pore volume of 1.53 cm3·g-1 and an average pore diameter of 3.05 nm.GPM's saturated adsorption capacities against CO2,CH4 and N2 at 20℃,3 MPa can reach 33.13 mmol·g-1,11.45 mmol·g-1 and 7.80 mmol·g-1,respectively.Its separation performances for CH4/N2,CH4/CO2 and CO2/N2 are different,with a separation coefficient of 2.86,1.93 and 5.54,respectively,translating to that it has a good prospect in carbon capture and methane storage.
