摘要
以碳酸锰和碳酸氢钾为原料,在650℃高温条件下制备前驱体α-MnO2-K,再经3 mol/L NaCl处理制得铵离子筛α-MnO2-Na,将其造粒后用于市政污水连续脱铵,表现出很好的选择性、吸附容量和可再生性能,对水体中共存的钙、镁、钠离子很少吸附,对氨氮的吸附容量可达15 mg/g,产水氨氮质量浓度小于1 mg/L,能够循环利用500次以上。
Abstract
α-MnO2-K precursor is synthesized through the ion imprinting method at 650℃ with manganese carbonate and potassium bicarbonate as raw materials.Then α-MnO2-Na ammonium ion sieve (AIS),which exhibits high selectivity to NH4+,is obtained through treating α-MnO2-K by a 3 mol·L-1 NaCl solution.AIS after granulation is used for continuous removal of NH3-N from municipal wastewater,showing high selectivity,high adsorption capacity and satisfied recyclability.AIS can hardly adsorb coexistence ions in water,such as Ca2+,Mg2+ and Na+.Its adsorption capacity to NH3-N can reach 15 mg·g-1.Moreover,the concentration of NH3-N is less than 1 mg·L-1 in produced water.AIS can recycle more than 500 times.
