摘要
为分析生物质裂解制油在能源经济方面的可行性,建立了成本和收益模型,确定了评价体系的相关指标,对4种不同生物质原料制油的经济效益进行理论分析,综合考虑补贴、原料半径等影响因素,得出生物质裂解制油的相关建议。研究表明,原料费用占比达到60%~70%,其次为人工成本和折旧成本。对于稻壳、稻秸和麦秸,如果取消补贴也能实现正收益,约7年可收回投资成本;而对于玉米秆,则至少需要160元/t生物油的补贴才能达到正收益,收回成本年限约为14年。
Abstract
To analyze the energy economic feasibility of biomass to bio-oil,a model for cost and benefit is established and the relevant indicators for the evaluation system are confirmed.The economic benefits of oil production by four kinds of raw biomass materials respectively are analyzed theoretically.By considering the influencing factors such as subsidies and raw material supplying radii,the relevant recommendations are proposed.Results show that the raw material cost accounts for a large proportion in total cost,as high as 60%-70%,followed by labor cost and depreciation cost.If rice husks,rice stalks and wheat stalks are used for raw materials,positive returns can be achieved even if subsidies are eliminated,and the investment can be recovered in about 7 years.For using corn stalks as raw material,at least RMB160 per ton subsidy for bio-oil is needed to achieve positive returns,and the investment can be recovered in around 14 years.
