摘要
通过正交试验探究了反应温度、催化剂硫酸浓度和水油相质量比(相比)对NPG收率的影响,结果表明,相比影响最大,而硫酸浓度和温度几乎没有影响。通过单因素实验对相比影响进行研究表明,随着相比的增加,NPG收率先迅速增加,然后逐渐平缓,回归得到收率(Y)与相比(X)之间的关系式为:Y=0.996 277-0.113 43/X+0.041 783ln(X/10)-0.003 246 8X。通过Aspen Plus软件对反应液浓缩工艺进行模拟计算和操作费用优化,结果表明,当采用单效精馏时最佳相比为4,采用双效精馏时最佳相比为6,双效精馏的操作费用比单效精馏减少29.0%。
Abstract
2,2-Dimethyl-3-chloropropanol (LBC),a by-product of ibuprofen production,can be used to manufacture 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propylene oxide (HBM).Neopentyl glycol (NPG) can be made by the hydrolysis reaction with HBM as raw material and dilute sulfuric acid as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,sulfuric acid concentration and phase ratio of water to oil on the yield of NPG are investigated through orthogonal experiments.The results show that phase ratio has the greatest effect while sulfuric acid concentration and temperature has hardly effect.The effect of phase ratio is further studied through single factor experiments.The results show that the NPG yield increases rapidly and then becomes gradually flat with the increasing of the phase ratio.The relationship between the yield (Y) and the phase ratio (X) is Y=0.996 277-0.113 43/X+0.041 783ln(X/10)-0.003 246 8X.Simulation calculation and operation cost optimization for the reaction liquid concentration process are performed by using Aspen Plus software.The results show that the optimum phase ratio is 4 when single-effect distillation is used,the optimum phase ratio is 6 when double-effect distillation is used,and the operating cost of double-effect distillation is 29.0% lower than that of single-effect distillation.
