摘要
以石蜡为相变材料基液,分别添加不同体积分数的纳米石墨烯和纳米石墨烯片,通过两步法制备纳米颗粒复合相变材料,并进行了热性能参数测试和对比。搭建试验台测试复合相变材料的蓄放热过程并记录温度随时间变化曲线。结果表明,复合相变材料的相变潜热随着2种纳米颗粒的添加量增大而减小;对于导热为主导的凝固过程,复合相变材料的凝固速率相对于纯石蜡有提升作用,添加体积分数为1%的纳米石墨烯和纳米石墨烯片分别可提升8.7%和6.3%;对于融化过程,导热和对流共同作用决定融化速率是否被强化。
Abstract
A kind of nanoparticle composite phase change materials (PCMs) is prepared via a two-step process using paraffin as the matrix that is added with different volume fractions of nanographene and nanographene slice respectively,and its thermal performance parameters are characterized and tested.An experimental bench is built to test the heat storing and releasing process of the composite PCMs,and record the temperature versus time curve.The results show that the latent heat of the composite PCMs decreases as the addition amount of both two kinds of nanoparticles increases.As for the heat conduction-dominated solidification process,the solidification rate of the composite PCMs are higher than that of pure paraffin and the addition of the nanographene and nanographene slice both with a volume fraction of 1% can increase the solidification rate by 8.7% and 6.3%,respectively.As for the melting process,heat conduction and converting together determine whether the melting rate of the composite PCMs is enhanced or not.
