摘要

概括了精细化工反应的不安全因素,并针对这些不安全因素,介绍了微反应技术可以应用的特点;按照精细化工中常见的危险反应类型,选择具有代表性的文献和实例,阐明微反应技术在提升精细化工安全性方面的应用;指出产业化应用微反应技术所面临的挑战和努力方向。

Abstract

Main unsafe factors involving in fine chemical reactions are summarized in this review and the application of micro-reaction technology are introduced to solve these factors.The application of micro-reaction technology in improving the safety of fine chemical processes is expounded with the representative literature reports and application cases that are selected according to the types of common dangerous reactions in the fine chemical industry.In conclusion,challenges and efforts of future application of micro-reaction technology are suggested.
