摘要

综述了模板法、多元醇法、超声波还原法和湿化学法等银纳米线的4种常用制备方法以及在太阳能电池、发光二极管和柔性传感器方面的广泛应用。模板法可获得规整银纳米线;超声波还原法是最有效和快速的,但银纳米线产量低;湿化学法能够得到高纯度产品,但产品不易转移和组装;而多元醇方法因制备方法简单、反应条件温和、产量高、成本低,并且易于操作,因而是实现大规模生产银纳米线最可行的方法。

Abstract

This paper reviews four common preparation methods for silver nanowires,including template method,polyol method,ultrasonic reduction method and wet chemical method,as well as silver nanowires' wide applications in solar cells,light-emitting diodes and flexible sensors.Regular silver nanowires can be obtained via the template method.The ultrasonic reduction method is the most effective and rapid one among these four methods,but can lead to a low yield.High-purity products can be made by the wet chemical method,but the products are not easy to transfer and assemble.Moreover,the polyol method is the most feasible method for large-scale production of silver nanowires because of its simple preparation route,mild reaction conditions,high yield,low cost and easy operation.
