摘要
简单介绍了工业化生产环氧丙烷的方法及其优缺点,对近年来Cu基和Cu-Ag双金属催化剂上丙烯氧气直接环氧化制环氧丙烷的研究进展进行了详细的总结,重点介绍了催化剂的微观结构、修饰剂选择、双金属协同作用等与环氧化反应性能之间的关联,初步探讨了丙烯环氧化的反应机理,并对该研究方向进行了展望。
Abstract
Propylene oxide is a widely used chemical raw material.The industrial production methods of propylene oxide are simply introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are also discussed.The latest research progress in propylene oxide production by propylene epoxidation over Cu-based and Cu-Ag bimetallic catalysts is reviewed in detail.The relationships between the microstructure of catalysts,alkali metal ions promoters as well as the synergetic effects of bimetallic catalysts and the catalytic performances of propylene epoxidation are introduced emphatically.The reaction mechanism of propylene epoxidation is also discussed.Finally,the prospects in this field are presented.
