液化天然气行业技术引入国内之初，核心设计与关键设备被国外公司技术垄断。经过国内十余年的发展，在石油公司、装备制造单位、高校科研院所等各方的推动下，液化天然气接收站国产化程度显著提高，有效降低了项目投资成本。以液化天然气接收站关键设备和材料为研究对象，对其国产化进展、应用业绩、安全与可靠性等方面进行研究，为后续液化天然气项目设备材料选型和采办策略提供参考。

In the initial period of LNG industrial technology importing into China,the core design and key equipment are monopolized by foreign companies.The current localization rate of China's LNG terminals has been improved significantly and the project investment cost has been reduced effectively after experiencing dozen-years of development,with the impetus of Chinese oil companies,equipment manufacturers,colleges and scientific research institutes.Taking the key equipment and materials for LNG terminal as the research object,the localization progress,application performance,safety and reliability are researched in order to provide references for equipment material selection and acquisition strategy of ongoing LNG projects.
