摘要
利用Aspen Plus化工模拟软件对丙酮-氯仿萃取精馏工艺流程进行了模拟优化研究,并利用Aspen Economic对其进行了经济估算。利用Model Analysis tools确定最终较优流程参数为:萃取精馏塔理论板数30块,第11块理论板进料,回流比6.4,塔顶丙酮回收率96.57%,摩尔分数为99.7%。萃取剂回收塔理论板数6块,第3块理论板进料,回流比2,塔顶氯仿回收率为99.96%,摩尔分数98.2%,塔釜二甲基亚砜摩尔分数98%,全部回流至萃取精馏塔,补充萃取剂量流量1.25 kg/h。对萃取精馏工艺进行经济估算得到设备费用28万元,年操作费用391万元,总投资3 838万元,总期望回报率为20%。
Abstract
The process for acetone-chloroform extraction distillation is simulated and optimized by means of Aspen Plus chemical simulation software and its economic estimation is performed by Aspen Economic software.The final better process parameters are determined by using Model Analysis tools as follows.For the extraction distillation column,numbers of theoretical plates is 30,feeding position is set at the 11th theoretical plate,reflux ratio is 6.4,acetone recovery at the top of column is 96.57% and the molar purity of acetone product is 99.7%;For the extractant recovering column,numbers of theoretical plates is 6,feeding position is set at the 3rd theoretical plate,reflux ratio is 2,chloroform recovery at the top of column is 99.96%,the molar purity of chloroform product at column top is 98.2% and the purity of dimethyl sulfoxide at column kettle is 98%.All solvent flows back to the extraction distillation column with 1.25 kg·h-1 of additional extractant.Finally,the extraction distillation process is estimated in economics and the conclusion is that equipment cost is RMB 280 000,annual operating cost is RMB 3.91 million,the total investment is RMB 38.38 million and the total expected return rate is 20%.
