摘要
针对页岩气产出水的合理处置及达标回用进行了研究,探讨了处理工艺的可行性。首先投加NaOH和Na2CO3进行碱化絮凝的预处理,充分混合后过滤;对滤后液进行三效蒸馏,分离得到残余母液和一、二、三效蒸馏液;针对水质超标的一效蒸馏液,采用吸附光催化一体化处理方式,处理后水样与二、三效水混合后可满足炼化企业回用水质指标;针对残余母液,采用吸附处理,优选高效吸附剂,有效降低水中的COD浓度,利于后续的结晶脱盐处理或返排回注操作。
Abstract
This paper studies the reasonable treatment and utilization of shale gas produced wastewater and discusses feasible treatment processes.Firstly,the waste water is pretreated through alkalization and flocculation with addition of NaOH and Na2CO3,and a supernatant is obtained after sufficient mixing and filtration.Secondly,three-effect evaporations are performed on the supernatant to separate the residue (mother liquor) and the first,second and third effect distillates.Thirdly,adsorption and photocatalytic integrated treatment is used to purify the first effect distillate,then the effluent water is mixed with the second and third effect distillates to meet the recycling water quality standards for refinery and chemical industry.Finally,the mother liquor from multiple-effect evaporations is treated by adsorption to reduce effectively COD content,which will be favorable for the subsequent treatment processes,i.e.,crystal desalination,flowback or re-injection.
