摘要

采用水热法将PVP粘合剂负载于Bi2WO6上,制备出一种新型分层型的高比表面积催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见光漫反射(UV-Vis/DRS)及N2吸附对其晶体结构、微观形貌、光学特性进行了表征。以亚甲基蓝(MB)为模型污染物来评价Bi2WO6的超声催化活性。研究了吸附、超声和Bi2WO6辅助超声催化3种情况下降解MB的降解效率的大小为:吸附<超声2WO6声催化,表明Bi2WO6微球具有良好的超声催化活性。此外,还研究了超声功率、超声占空比、催化剂质量浓度对超声催化效率的影响。在超声功率为500 W、占空比为9∶1、催化剂质量浓度为1.5 g/L的最佳条件下,80 min后降解率达93.5%。Bi2WO6声催化降解MB过程与活性氧(ROS)的生成有关,其中过氧化氢(H2O2)和羟基自由基(·OH)在MB的声化学降解中起重要作用。

Abstract

A kind of hierarchical structural Bi2WO6 microsphere catalyst with high specific surface area is prepared in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) via an optimized hydrothermal method.The crystal structure,morphology and optical property of the prepared Bi2WO6 catalyst are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM),ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS) and N2-adsorption.Its sonocatalytic performance is evaluated by using methylene blue (MB) as a model pollutant under the ultrasonic irradiation.The degradation efficiency is studied in three cases such as adsorptions only,ultrasound only and Bi2WO6 assisted sonocatalytic,which is found to be in the following order:adsorptions < ultrasounds < sonocatalysis.In addition,the degradation efficiency can achieve about 93.5% after 80 min under the optimum conditions that ultrasonic power is 500 W,ultrasonic pulse mode is 9:1 and the concentration of catalyst 1.5 g·L-1.The degradation of MB in the presence of Bi2WO6 under ultrasonic irradiation is related to the generation of reactive oxygen species,in which both hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and hydroxyl radical (·OH) play important roles in the sonochemical degradation of MB.
